Will it look like my pet?
Every portrait starts from your own photo, and you see two versions before you pay. If something isn't right, try another style or a sharper photo, or tell us the detail we must keep (for example "blue eyes"). The preview is free.
Can people and pets be in the same portrait?
Yes. Up to 6 people and pets in one photo, for the same price.
What photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo where you can see their faces, taken at eye level and not from far away. Phone photos are fine. One photo per portrait: everyone you want painted should be in it.
How fast is it?
The free preview takes about a minute. After you pay, your full-size files are ready within a few minutes and we email you the link.
What do I get?
Both painted versions from your preview as 4096 x 5120 pixel JPEG files (sharp enough to print up to about 24 x 30 inches), plus phone-size copies. With "All 6 styles" you also get your photo painted in the other 5 styles. With the card design you get a 5x7 Christmas card for each version.
Is it painted by a person?
No. It is painted by AI from your photo, and every picture is checked automatically before you see it.
Can I get it printed?
Yes: the 4K files are made for printing, so any photo lab or print shop can print them on paper or canvas. We're working on printing and shipping them for you too.
What if I'm not happy?
Email us within 30 days. We'll paint it again in another style for free, or refund you. See our refund policy.
What happens to my photo?
It's stored privately, used only to paint your portrait, and deleted within 14 days. We never use it to train AI, in ads or as an example.
